Threotine Council Members

Purpose

The Threotine Council is the gate to The Claw. They are the keepers of the protectors of the code and teachers of the ways. They are mentors to the paths of honor, chivalry and pride chosen by the High Council for their outstanding displays of conduct and code.

Threotine Council Duties:

  • Wear the amulet of the council at all events
  • Sponsor individuals they deem worthy of The Claw
  • Monitor prospects for one year and report to the High Council their findings
  • Plead their squires right to be Claw
  • Approve or deny access to the claw before submitting to the High Council
  • Stand along side their squire at induction
  • Report all disobedience to the High Council
  • Only the Threotine or the High Council will have the rights to squire for The Claw

Note: Threotine is a word that I found on the online Webster Dictionary that is Old English for thirteen. There will be a total of thirteen members of this council. Do not ask to be a part of this council it is strictly delegated by the High Council. It isn't mandatory that you squire someone every year. Only when you feel that a person's personal actions, beliefs, and goals match The Claw code should one be sponsored.

The Claw members are inducted regularly without prejudice to race, religion or culture. If you would like to become a member of the claw fill out this form and tell us why you should be Claw. There are only a few stipulations, and no mundanes, mandanes or Renaissance Trekkies (including Star Wars).

 

High Council

The High Council are the founders. Eradicators of the code. Kraegan Blue Dragon, Lady Phoenix and Lord Vulture all answer to the whip of the Baron.

Threotine Council

Members

The Members are the heart of The Claw. They are the followers of the code. To be a member is to respect our ways, our people and our customs. One may believe as they choose and go as they please. To be a member is but an honor not a requirement.

Squires

The term squire is a title given to those looking to join The Claw. It is a 12 month evaluation period were one chooses to become a member of our group. Their actions as well as their own free will determine their choice. One may only be squired through the Threotine Council or instated by direct order of the High Council. Squires are not servants of our group but are expected to honor the code and to assist other members when requested as though they where a full members. Near the ending of their 12 month squire process they will be inducted.
